Location Overview

 This wonderful Five bedroom Victorian house in Lower Clapton has been lovingly restored. Original Victorian details blend seamlessly with the contemporary rejuvenation to create a home that emphasizes space and light. The living room was designed by interior designer Cote de Folk and appeared in House and Garden ‘The best of The List: Living Rooms 2021’. The hand made bespoke Kitchen features a large island, Quartz work tops, underfloor heating and reclaimed antique French Oak floorboards. Through the floor to ceiling Aluminium doors, the south facing garden is bathed in natural light and is complimented with 150 year old reclaimed Andalusian tiles.
