End of terrace Victorian house with original features including cornicing, fireplaces, wood floors, etc Two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom Some rooms have been redecorated in the 60s, but very little love since then. Rear of the house has been taken over by ivy, some of which is coming through the brickwork! Rest of the house is watertight, but with crumbling plaster in some corners etc There's a driveway for two larger vehicles or four small cars, and a large messy garden with side access. Property is due for renovation, so not in full working order. Painting & decorating is allowed, assuming it is returned to current colours and condition. The bathroom & kitchen floors are damaged, and should only be accessed once hirer has satisfied themselves it is safe to access.  Electricity, water & wifi is available.
