Location Overview

This is a handsome Victorian Gothic country house with some much older areas to the rear of the house, approx. 12,000 sq.ft. It's situated in a rural position, surrounded by fields with cattle. Only 15 minutes drive from junction 15 of the M4. London is 1.5 hour drive, 50 mins by train from Swindon. There is plenty of natural daylight, x4 open fires, x1 woodburner. Some of the house is renovated but parts of the house are completely un-renovated, photos can be sent of these other areas. There's a large billiard room/dining room which has not yet been decorated properly with an antique dining table seating 16 comfortably. Other reception areas are the drawing room, hall, morning room, breakfast kitchen & snug. There are 12 bedrooms but only 3 are renovated at the moment.
